Pro and Business have no post limit, neither per day nor per month. How much actually goes out on a given day is set by each platform: TikTok, for example, allows around 15 posts per account per 24 hours. If a post hits such a limit, BestPost moves it automatically instead of letting it fail.

One run of “Create text” for a video or image. BestPost writes the caption, YouTube title, hashtags and first comment for every platform you picked. Having the text rewritten counts as another caption. What you type or change yourself does not count.

A video you burn subtitles into counts as one: once per video, no matter how often you correct the lines beforehand. Generating and previewing do not count. Starter includes 60 subtitles a month, Pro 150 and Business 900.

You can keep scheduling and posting. New captions and subtitles are available again from your next billing day: your amounts renew every month on the day you subscribed. Moving to a bigger plan gets you there sooner.

100 at a time on Starter, 200 on Pro and 400 on Business. Every video you schedule makes room for a new one. A carousel counts as one post.

For the videos and images we currently hold for you: uploaded, scheduled or just published. It is not an amount per month but the space you occupy at any one time. After publishing we remove the file 14 days later and the space is free again. Starter has 100 GB, Pro 250 GB, Business 750 GB. A typical vertical video is about 16 MB.

In the EU, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and on the German site, you pay in euros. In most other countries the English site shows US dollars, with the same numbers. You pay exactly the amount the pricing page showed you. If you already have a subscription, you stay in its currency.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime for the end of the billing month, right in the app or via the cancellation link in the footer. Yearly plans run until the end of the paid year.

No. The 14-day trial runs entirely without payment details and ends automatically. No subscription starts on its own.

You can use everything except API and MCP, which come with Pro and Business. The trial includes 10 posts, 20 captions, 10 subtitles and 10 GB of storage. During the trial you can schedule up to 31 days ahead, on a paid plan further than that.

Every plan includes one brand with its own channels and brand profile. You can add more brands in the app: $15 per month on Starter, $25 on Pro, $70 on Business. Each additional brand comes with the full amounts of your plan on top. A connected channel always belongs to exactly one brand.
