Compressed once: only by the platform itself

BestPost never re-encodes your video. The original file goes straight to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook, and only the platform itself converts it once during ingest. The double compression that makes Reels and Shorts look soft is gone, so more detail stays visible after upload.

No second compression

BestPost never re-encodes your video. The platform receives exactly the file you exported.

Honest, not hype

The platform still compresses once itself at the end. BestPost only saves the extra pass before that, nothing more.

Same for every channel

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook all get the original file, not just one of them.

Why do videos turn blurry after upload?

Almost always, two rounds of compression are to blame. Before the platform ever sees your video, a tool, a messenger or an in-between step has already shrunk the file once. The platform then compresses a second time during ingest, and each round eats into the detail, most visibly in fast motion and around fine edges.

Sending a clip through a chat app counts too. If you message your Reel to your phone first, the first compression has already happened before Instagram even starts.

What does BestPost do differently?

BestPost skips the first pass. Your video reaches the platform as the untouched original file, and only the compression by the platform itself is left. To stay honest: that single platform pass does not disappear, but the double compression is gone.

Upload speed depends on your internet connection. The connection does not change the quality of the file, it only affects how long the transfer takes.

Does quality hold up across many videos?

Yes. You upload up to 100 videos by drag and drop, and every single one goes out in original quality. One click also fills the description, title and hashtags for all of them, so there is no manual work per clip on the text either.

If you want, the same video publishes to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook in parallel. Each channel receives the same uncompressed source file.

How it works

1

Upload your videos

Drop one video or a hundred into the planner. Everything lands in one list, in one place.

2

Fill in everything at once

One click writes the caption, YouTube title, hashtags and first comment for every video. You can still edit anything.

3

Schedule and step away

Pick times yourself or let the auto planner spread them out. BestPost publishes on time, in original quality.

Common questions

Why do my videos lose quality when I upload them?

Usually double compression: one tool or messenger shrinks the file, then the platform compresses it again. BestPost uploads the original file, so only the single compression by the platform itself remains.

Do scheduling tools compress your videos?

Many do, which adds a second pass on top of the platform. BestPost does not: your file is handed to the platform without any re-encoding beforehand.

Can I prevent the quality loss from the platform itself?

That single pass is done by the platform and no tool can switch it off. BestPost only removes the extra compression before it, which is what turns one pass into two.

Does this apply to all platforms?

Yes. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook each receive the original file you uploaded.

Should I compress my videos myself first?

No. Upload the file at the quality you exported. The higher the source quality, the more survives after the platform compression.
