Publishes automatically at the scheduled time

Yes, you can schedule Instagram Reels with BestPost. Drag in up to 100 videos, set a date and time for each one, and the server publishes them automatically, even with your browser closed. Your Reel is sent as the original file, so BestPost never adds a second compression pass.

No second compression

BestPost never re-encodes your video. Instagram receives exactly the file you exported.

Publishes while you sleep

The auto planner posts your Reels at the times you set, straight from the server. Your browser can stay closed.

One upload, five channels

The same Reel can go out to TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook in parallel.

Why do Reels turn blurry after upload?

The culprit is usually double compression. Many tools shrink your Reel as you upload it, and Instagram then compresses it once more during ingest. Two rounds instead of one, and the finished Reel shows it, especially in motion and around fine edges.

BestPost removes the first pass. Your Reel travels to Instagram as the untouched original file, so the only compression left is the one Instagram applies itself.

How do you plan Reels beyond the 75-day window?

As of July 2026, the Instagram app schedules Reels at most 75 days ahead, one at a time. That gets tedious fast if you post daily.

In BestPost you drop in up to 100 videos and the auto planner spreads them out using your pattern, say 2 per day at 12:00 and 18:00. The server publishes each Reel at its planned time, and the calendar lets you drag any post to a new slot.

What does BestPost prepare for every Reel?

One click writes a description, hashtags and a first comment for every uploaded video. The thumbnail is pulled from the video automatically, or you upload your own. Everything stays editable until the moment of posting.

Subtitles can be generated automatically, corrected word by word and burned into the video, with one style preset applied across all clips.

How it works

1

Upload your videos

Drop one video or a hundred into the planner. Everything lands in one list, in one place.

2

Fill in everything at once

One click writes the caption, YouTube title, hashtags and first comment for every video. You can still edit anything.

3

Schedule and step away

Pick times yourself or let the auto planner spread them out. BestPost publishes on time, in original quality.

Common questions

Why do my Reels lose quality when I upload them?

In most cases the Reel was compressed twice: once by a tool or messenger before upload, and again by Instagram during ingest. Since BestPost passes the original file through, just one conversion is left, the one Instagram does itself.

Can Reels publish automatically?

Yes. Once a slot is in place, whether you set it by hand or let the auto planner assign it, the BestPost server handles publishing. It makes no difference whether your computer is on.

How far ahead can I schedule Reels?

As far as you like. The 75-day cap (as of July 2026) only applies to scheduling inside the Instagram app. BestPost publishes through the official API at the moment you chose.

Does BestPost need my Instagram password?

No. Instead of a password, BestPost uses the official Meta Graph API, where you sign in with Instagram directly. The access tokens are then stored with AES-256 encryption.

Can I post the same video on TikTok and YouTube too?

Yes. One upload can serve Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook at once, with separate fields per platform.

Can I try this before paying?

Yes, BestPost comes with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.
