Runs automatically in the background

With the BestPost auto planner you decide once how many videos go out on which weekdays and at which times, for example 2 per day at 12:00 and 18:00. After that the server publishes automatically in the background, even with your browser closed, across all five channels.

Set it once, then it runs

Tell the auto planner how many videos go out on which days and times, for example 2 per day at 12:00 and 18:00.

Publishing in the background

The server posts at the planned time through the official APIs. Your browser can stay closed.

One calendar, every channel

All scheduled posts for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook sit in one calendar you can rearrange.

How do I schedule a month of content in one day?

You upload up to 100 videos by drag and drop and fill the description, title and hashtags for all of them with one click. Then you set your pattern, for example 2 videos per day at 12:00 and 18:00, and the auto planner spreads the slots across the coming weeks. Every video still goes out in original quality, since BestPost adds no compression of its own.

From there you do nothing more. The server publishes every post at its planned time, even when your computer is off.

Does publishing run with the browser closed?

Yes. The schedule lives on the BestPost server, not in your browser tab. When a slot arrives, the server calls the official API of the platform and posts. Whether your browser is open or not makes no difference.

You never type your password into BestPost. Sign-in happens through the official platform APIs, and the access tokens they hand back stay with us under AES-256 encryption.

How far ahead can I schedule?

As far as you like. The native apps set tight limits: as of July 2026 TikTok Studio plans only 10 days ahead, the Instagram app at most 75 days, and YouTube Studio has no bulk scheduling at all. BestPost keeps your plan on its own server and calls the platform only at publish time.

That lets you plan weeks or months ahead, across all five channels in the same calendar.

How it works

1

Upload your videos

Drop one video or a hundred into the planner. Everything lands in one list, in one place.

2

Fill in everything at once

One click writes the caption, YouTube title, hashtags and first comment for every video. You can still edit anything.

3

Schedule and step away

Pick times yourself or let the auto planner spread them out. BestPost publishes on time, in original quality.

Common questions

Can you auto-post to social media on a schedule?

Yes. Set a date and time or use the auto planner, and the BestPost server posts on its own through the official APIs. Your computer does not need to be running.

How do faceless channels post so many videos?

It comes down to batching. They drop up to 100 videos in at once, write the text in a single click, and hand the pile to the auto planner, which spaces the posts by pattern, say 2 per day at 12:00 and 18:00.

Does it post while my browser is closed?

Yes. Publishing runs on the server. Once scheduled, your video goes out at the set time regardless of your browser.

How far in advance can I schedule videos?

As far as you want. The 10-day cap of TikTok Studio and the 75-day cap of the Instagram app (as of July 2026) only apply natively. BestPost schedules without that window.

Can I still change a scheduled post?

Yes. In the calendar you drag posts to a new time and edit text, date or platforms as long as the post has not published yet.
